Rebecca has been both "townie" and "gownie" since moving to New Haven to attend Yale. After graduating in 1985 she stayed in New Haven for some years before work took her to China for a decade. In 1998 she returned to New Haven and began her real estate career as an investor.

Today as a Realtor, Rebecca enjoys both helping other investors seeking long-term wealth creation, and helping individuals and families buying and selling homes in New Haven's walkable neighborhoods and inner suburbs. Fluent in Chinese and able to speak some Spanish and French, Rebecca values advising the global community at Yale, as well as local residents.

A long-term advocate for education and the environment, Rebecca has been involved with New Haven's Department of Parks, Recreation and Trees, and with the New Haven Public Schools, since first volunteering as a reading tutor and for park clean-ups in 1982. Her daughter spent years in New Haven Public Schools, and Rebecca has served on School Planning and Management Teams, and many PTOs.  She still volunteers with Friends of Edgewood Park, and supports environmental education at Edgewood School.

Combining her "green" passion with her work as a Realtor, Rebecca has earned the National Association of Realtors Green Designation, and is a designated Realtor-partner for Pearl Certifications. Ask Rebecca how buying, selling, investing in or retrofitting clean, comfortable, energy-efficient "high-performing homes" can improve your personal "triple bottom line" (through lower utility costs, lower transportation costs, and higher value at resale) in ways that are good for people, profits AND the planet!
